Due to the backup issue, I opened two tickets(7846117&7841564),I feel that the service people haven't answered any of my technical questions, they avoid addressing the actual technical issues and follow some superficial procedures. Both of these tickets were closed by the staff without any resolution or my response. I feel very frustrated. I can't find a place to escalate my issue or make a complaint. I think the quality of customer service should be improved. At least, I believe that closing the ticket without solving the problem is a waste of everyone's time, and it results in a poor customer experience.
Please add methods for escalating my issue or making a complaint in Web page.
