Better console bedrock support

Give us better support on console all we got is the stupid marketplace which does offer OK stuff but if you play on mobile or pc you download packs for shaders or for game changing alters to simply changing the colour of your hot bar but on console we are stuck with the paid bad stuff that and we need to have a way to be able to download or access the free content too with the shaders and what not I mention and you can do it all on mobile and pc pretty easy yet console is locked to the stupid paid stuff so can mojang please make texture packs and or mods more accessible to console versions of minecraft please console needs a fair chance as well
