Market Place Customization

It would be nice if there was a way to customize what appears on the marketplace for you. Like for those like me who are sensitive to some things. My thought is that there could be a menu where you can turn things you want to see on or off. For kid's accounts it could send notifications to a parent for conformation that the change is okay before implementing it.
