Endermen can spawn with any block (includes bedrock, obsidian, endframes)

This can make it so that people playing bedrock superflat have a chance of beating the game. An enderman spawning with obsidian blocks could make it so that the player is able to progress the game and enter the nether and end dimensions in superflat. This would also enhance players choices and freedom in Minecraft because players can access blocks that are usually only in creative mode.
