V sync option for bedrock

Allow for a toggle-able v sync option, NOT just on pc, however, on all platforms. Allow for v sync off on console and maybe touch. In a recent update 26.10, they removed the option to turn off v sync by texture pack. (which had worked up until the new update’s release) It had me thinking why isnt there an option for it anyway, why should i have to use a texture pack(does not work anymore) when it could be implemented in the game, this would make everything a lot easier for people who do not want input delay and who do not want to be frame locked, even if the max fps on console is around 60/120 by default, the option for v sync off would make the input delay nonexistent as it did with the texture pack. Please look into this, please try to fix this, please do not look past this, playing in controller in competitive areas is a lot harder now. Minecraft bedrock
