Sulfur Cubes being an entity with the effects of a block is very interesting. I believe that this opens up certain capabilities of block entities that used to be impossible, due to being immobile. Players should be able to click on a Sulfur Cube with a dispenser (or similar), and the Sulfur Cube will automatically place any dropped blocks around the sulfur cube in front of where it is facing (assuming the block is empty). This change would allow for flying machines that placed objects (when combined with chest minecarts being automatically broken by a skeleton shooting at a snow golem to release specific blocks or similar systems). I believe that this is one of the most intuitive ways to update minecraft mechanics to allow a movable block placer, as refactoring block entities/containers to move would require a rework, while the Sulfur Cube in this case has no storage apart from the dispenser and only places blocks within it's pickup range. As a longtime Minecraft player, a feature like this has always been something I have wished was in the vanilla experience to increase sandbox creativity and allow for even more impressive redstone contraptions.
