Renewability of Sulfur and Cinnabar

I think these two blocks should be renewable. Here's my idea for how it can work!

Make it so Sulfur blocks can grow Sulfur Buds when next to a water source affected by Potent Sulfur. These grow like Amethyst Crystals and are harvestable the same ways with Silk Touch(Sulfur Bud of corresponding size) and Fortune(Sulfur Dust).
-9 Sulfur Dust make 1 Sulfur block

Make Cinnabar craftable in a 2x2 crafting grid with 2 Sulfur and 2 Redstone.
-Real-life cinnabar is mercury sulfide (HgS)

  A simpler option that doesn't require any new blocks:

  • A Sulfur generator, similar to a basalt generator, but with Potent Sulfur instead of soul soil and Cinnabar (i.e., mercury sulfide), should instead be craftable from Sulfur and Netherrack (since in the education edition, Netherrack contains mercury)

  This is less scientifically accurate than your idea, but I think it has a higher chance of getting implemented.

  Also, it would be nice if Potent Sulfur would be sold by the wandering trader, so it's possible for players to obtain these blocks in challenge worlds.
