Okay, so it's like this, if there are new caves and new mobs, then why not add new items? Like rare items or common items, so when you get the items, you can craft them to make something. And that item is really useful for anything, you could say it's an important tool for adventurers or what, who knows, maybe this is an idea for the next snapshot/Beta update.
