Combine redstone with resin to make waterproof/waterloggable redstone.
• It behaves the same way as redstone.
• Could be used to create more waterproof redstone items.
• Incentivizes underwater builds and gives more uses to resin.
• This last one is a bit of a stretch, but maybe it could be placed on walls.
