Make Cinnabar Craftable

When Mojang introduced andesite, diorite and granite, Mojang allowed these blocks to be crafted with cobblestone and quartz for old, explored saves. The same should also happen for cinnabar blocks, where it could be crafted with a mixture of 2 netherrack and 2 gunpowder.

    A better idea might be to use the new pointed sulfur things since cinnabar is just mercury sulfide irl. If not netherrack, maybe redstone blocks since they're kind of like mercury, and redstone drop rates/farmability make it not too hard to get lots of. For older worlds/supperflats, just add pointed sulfur to wandering traders since they'll be farmable from just a few. Otherwise, I agree, cinnabar should definitely be craftable in some way.
