Potent Cinnabar Block And changing the Potent Sulfur Block

Just like the potent sulfur block the potent cinnabar block would form underwater but instead of yellow gas it would be red and possible give different effects like slowness or poison. I also feel like the Potent Sulfur block should give poison when you are swimming in its water just like it would in real life. Both of these blocks should also affect the air around them making it hard to just walk close to the springs.
