Using the sulfur slime, you can smelt it to get sulfur dust, or you can brake down a sulfur block to get it and use it to make the block again. Bouncy pistons could help everything from redstoners, to parkour enthusiasts by bouncing mobs and blocks, eg: blocks will turn into entity's that can be interacted with and bounced when you push them with the bouncy piston.
