With the addition of sulfur it allows for tons of possibilities such as mojang making soul fire black so they could make sulfur burn blue, mojang could also add bananas so you could craft gun powder with banana slices charcoal and sulfur these scientificly contain what you need to make gun power, mojang could also make sulfur dust which could also be used to make gun powder or it could be a way to make tnt, sulfur tnt would be slightly worse slightly worse though. If they did this and added bananas mojang could also add monkeys which could be tamed with bananas this would make jungles way more interesting. Mojang could also make getting near sulfur ane cinnibar give poison, and you could go in the area and avoid being poisoned by smelt leather to make dried leather this could be used with iron to make a protective suit that would temporarily protect you from the poison, with dried leather you could also make dried leather armor it would be better than normal leather armor but slightly worse than the posion protective armor and the posion protective armor would be slightly worse than iron.
