Pilaggers update

Add biome resprite for Pilaggers like for villagers, add biome towers for Pilaggers, and update their mansion where all types of Pilaggers meet as their headquarters, update raids by adding new Pilagger subclasses, and add new mini-bosses at the end of the raid, and finally implement the Cryomancer and Illusionist
