Craftable Gunpowder (Sulfur)

Make gunpowder craftable by combining sulfur with charcoal and an item containing potassium nitrate/saltpeter (this could be mulch from a composter or guano from bats).

Not only does it give more use to the new sulfur block, but also makes gunpowder accessible in peaceful mode.

  Yeah, like parrots and bats very occasionally drop guano, either as an item or onto a block, which could be combined with sulfur powder from killing a sulfur cube, and charcoal or coal to make like 3 gunpowder. but only baby sulfur cubes drop sulfur powder for balancing.
