Flickering Portal in Ancient City

By this point everyone's wanting a dimension involving the weird frames found in the new ancient city, and I found a way to not make a 3rd dimension but add mystery to how it would work as a semi portal. At random intervals, the frames would cause a portal to open up but constantly flicker, denying any way of the player managing to get to the realm. However, something (or someone) would come out of it. Whatever is chosen by the Mojang team is up to pick, because I have not a clue what could possibly come out of the portal. It mostly however just adds all the more reasons to come back to a city with a giant near 1 hit killing monster.

    That is a unique idea, I love it. One downside is that once you add that portal, people will beg for a working one
