Some Rare Mineshafts and Dungeons Should Generate Upside-down.

Wouldn't it be kind of cool and silly if you found a dungeon completely upside down? Whether its the portal room dungeon or the mob spawner dungeon this rare occurrences would be a very interesting way to change the perspective of the player.
