Use UTC or local time when announcing events

As it stands now, the Minecraft Live announcement on the Minecraft website uses ET time. Most people don't know what that means or where it is used, and even those who do can't easily convert it to their local time without using a calculator. UTC time, on the other hand, is much more accessible as other time zones are defined via it (as in, UTC±N is an established format), and people generally know their own time zone. Using a local time per locale would be better, although it is understandable if the translation system is incapable of that.
