Minor Horse Improvements

Hello.

I would really like for horses to be able to walk up a block and a few more pixels. Since walking through 'Dirt Path' up on a 'Grass' block is impossible.

Also, I feel a bit frustrated when i ride horses. Would you please change the way horse turns her head aligned with a player sight. It makes harder to shoot and use spear while on horse. And has minor impact on players view visibility. My suggestion is to make horses head to move separately and to follow players sight when certain angle achieved on both sides.

Lastly, Please add an extra seat for horses. Just like a boat has it.
