Only being able to apply swift sneak to leather boots

I think it seems a bit artificial to make swift sneak mutually exclusive with depth strider, soul speed or frost walker. I understand that we don't want OP armour pieces, but i see no logical in-game reason for why the ability to sneak fast should be mutually exclusive with these enchantments.

I think a more logical solution to avoiding OP boots would be to only being able to apply swift sneak to leather boots. I think this is a more logical trade off in-game, which helps make the game more immersive. This would also make armour pieces other than netherite more appealing making it so that all end game players don't look almost the same, and making the game more diverse in this aspect. 

I know there already are reasons to pick both gold and leather pieces over netherite, but since I don't see this happening in game very much I still think limiting swift sneak to leather boots would be a good idea.

    I have to disagree with one point. I don not understand why we can't have OP armor pieces. And i don't think it is OP to have sneaking fast be compatible with all enchantments on any armor piece is OP frankly. I say putt it on the leggings. They need some love.

    OP armor is in a sense, game breaking, because the Survival mode should still be a challenge; being completely perfect doesn't give much challenge
