Transferring Progress

I believe you should be able to transfer progress (specifically in bedrock) and transfer capes from one account to another, and because Mojang wants capes to feel exclusive, and progress to not be sold, Mojang could add some features such as; a way to confirm that the accounts are owned by the same person, or that the accounts are related, or be able to link accounts so all my progress syncs to my new account, or some other way to make sure that the progress (with the capes) aren't being sold or traded, to keep that exclusiveness, because I have an old account that has a bunch of progress, achievements, and capes (, purchased items, and Minecoins) in bedrock that I want to transfer to bedrock on my new account (which my new account has java along with bedrock so that's why I specifically want the ability to transfer progress from one account to another to include capes, purchased items, and Minecoins) but I can't, which is why I'm suggesting that progress should be transferrable from one account to another.
