Make the renderdragn bedrock rendering engine prefer external .material.bin

hello i wanted Minecraft to add priorioty for user pack .material.bin files with long-term support and add them innthe vanilla resourcepack to give people freedom for graphic creativity and for example change the destroy animation from multiply mode which makes it dark to additive mode which makes it lighter and make sure to prioritize the pack that is on top od the list, so if vanilla is on top od the list, use vanilla materials and if other pack then use this pack materials
