Bison in Plains and Savannah

Bison would be a neutral cow like mob that spawn in herds in the Savannah, and Plains biome. They would be tanky beasts beasts that pack a punch. They drop hide, bison meat, and can be milked. Milking a bison would have a good chance to aggregate it, making them a animal to be weary of. They are territorial animals. Yak's can be another cow like mob but in colder climates. They would bring life to both the plains and savannah, which both are presently unremarkable.
