/findblock command

I propose that there should be an /findblock command. Example: /findblock quartz_block, and it will find you the nearest quartz block. You can also do /findblock ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ quartz_block, and it will find you quarzt block in the coordinates that you typed.
