Make Leaf Litters around an area drop as items when hit with Wind charges.

Clearing a large area of trees became way more tedious when leaf litters were introduced. Even though they can be mined easily, the task is still quite time consuming than it was before.

It would be helpful if wind charges could clear leaf litter within their gust radius and cause it to drop as items. This would give players a faster and more efficient way to clean up forest floors after deforestation, while also giving wind charges another small but useful utility.
