Late game Fishing

When you have a strong food supply, all your enchants, and are established. You don't really need to go fishing anymore or at least don't have any more incentive unless you just like some chill fishing.

So my suggestion is to update Fishing in general and give new incentive to fishing and more content even if you have full Netherite Enchants etc. and are 1000s of days into your world.

It's more relevant now because you don't even need to fish for Name tags and Saddles anymore because they are craftable.
