Ever since the "Tiny Takeover" update (26.1), FMBE on bedrock has been broken as the display is now rigged globally when an item is given or the /replaceitem command to a fox.
I believe that is imperative to either fix the fox's rigging, or to add a custom entity or group of 3 entities as there is on java, one for text, one for item, and one for block.
The way this could be tackled is an invisible entity, and it has only one bone, which is used for scaling, rotating, and moving the display's view for the item and block
The text display could be an invisible entity with no bones or roots, and it constantly shows its name as long as the client's view of it isn't obstructed.
