Buff: Give Wither Skeletons immunity to Powder Snow (Lore Consistency)

Wither Skeletons are currently vulnerable to Powder Snow, which contradicts both their biological nature and established Wither lore. This should be updated to match the Wither boss.
The Logic for the Buff: 
  1. Wither Heritage: The Wither boss is already immune to freezing. Since Wither Skeletons are made of the same "withered" essence and are used to summon the boss, they should logically share this immunity.
  2. The "Soul Fire" Proof: Wither Skeletons are immune to Soul Fire. Since Soul Fire targets the soul, this proves they are soulless husks. You cannot "freeze to death" a creature that has no soul to extinguish and no biological organs/blood to freeze.
  3. Anatomy vs. Physics: Connective tissues like cartilage and tendons decay long before a skeleton becomes a "Wither" variant. They are simply bones that move despite having no biological organs, muscles, or even a known power source. Since they are already "dry" enough not to drown, there is no moisture to freeze and no biology for the cold to shut down. Real-world bones survive in permafrost for centuries without "brittling" or snapping; these elite Nether husks should be even tougher.
  4. Environmental Hazard Parity: They are already immune to Fire, Lava, and Drowning. Adding freezing immunity completes their identity as the ultimate "environmentally bulletproof" elite mob.
