Increasing level cap from 24791 to 100000 and other stuff (bedrock)

Currently the leveling system only caps at level 24791 but it should increase level cap to 100000 with other player see your level when you creating a server however this could be disabled and enabled by server owners and also it rewards achivements when you reach level milestone for the first time, the levels that rewards you a achivement are: level 10, 30, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900 and 1000 without using commands.

  its the cap bc its the physical limit it  cant go higher
