Ultimate weapons by tsunami studios

I purchased these on my other account a while back and had fun with them. So I purchased them today on the 2nd account. The bow fires one time then wont fire again. same with a lot of the projectile weapons they fire once then quite. I changed the settings, logged out restarted several times, tried them over and over and it continues to happen. So disappointed as the bow was the main weapon I wanted. Any ideas or just refund ?

    Also you can not charge the hammer or any others
