Zombie horse should be in survival

Zombie Horse has been forgotten mob in Minecraft. And when a Zombie get struck by lightning it will have a zombie horse riding in it while attacking the player using its sword with the zombie horse.

    I think that the Zombie Horse should be better than a normal horse to compensate for how rare it would be.
