what happened to the legacy and 2nd birthday skin packs??

i try to go to the marketplace and search these skins but they wont show up and its weird since i see a lot of people using the tuxedo steve ocelot tail fidget etc skins this also emplies to 2nd birthday skins theres this website called bedrockexplorer which lets you see skins from anyone but when i go to these skins aka legacy and 2nd birthday they dont show up and im on the newest minecraft update so you guys should bring back these skins and let anybody use them without going to a website
