Copper as a Stand-In for Iron in Redstone Components

Simply this. Nothing elaborate like replacing it in weapons, tools, and armor... Nope. Simply the redstone components like hoppers. I'm not going to lie to you: I'm not much of a builder... I am objectively trash at building, which has resulted in me having a metric ton of copper that's completely useless. You could even balance it by making 1 Copper BLOCK = 1 iron ingot, and the items that require iron blocks (anvil, for example) simply cannot be crafted with it.
