A monster that hides in end city chests who jump out when you open them!

OK, so hear me out. This idea popped into my head when I was thinking about an end update and how cool it would be. One of the features I would add to an update of this kind would be a new creature to spend time with the shulkers. I also know that the best loot chest in the game is the end city loot and that is good and all, but is it too easy? That is why I am suggesting some sort of bug-like mob that would hide in some end city chests. This would make the players have more caution when in the end city and getting the sweet loot from the chests. I think this mob would be great in the game because it does seem weird how the best chests in the game are only guarded by the easy-to-deal-with shulkers. This new chest monster will give an extra protection that the end cities need to give it more of a thrill. I don't see these mobs dropping much, but experience.
