The f3 and f4 shortcut should be able to be changed in controls

The f3 and f4 keybind to switch gamemodes should be able to be changed because these buttons are very close to each other. Accidental switching of gamemodes is bound to happen and for example in survival multiplayer it doesn't look very good for a player if they switch to creative mode on accident.
