villager trade persuading

if you are near an unemployed villager that is seeking a workstation or villager leveling up to next tier and you are holding an item available for the next level trading at said workstation's profession the villager would be persuaded to trade the item you were holding

ex. a villager is seeking out a lectern the player is holding a mending book when the villager gets the job it has triple the chance of having the item the player was holding this could also be done when the villager is upgrading tiers
