[Bedrock] QOL for Touch Controls

We need a new button for "Use Item" for touch controls and its placement should be beside the Jump button so its easier to tap. Tapping the "Use" button at the center is just irksome and holding the screen is just takes too long. Another use for this is for Bows, Crossbows, Tridents or other throwables. Having to stand still and hold the screen to charge/throw makes combat extremely awkward. Another QOL suggestion is to having Sneak button only to be pressed once to activate sneaking.
