The mokele mbeme would be a dinosaur-like mob that would spawn in jungles. They would be neutral and would have a hatred towards rabbits and would seek to kill any rabbit they see. They could be tamed like a horse and could be saddeled and armored. The mokele mbembe is based of a south american legend of a river monster with the same name that also looked very much like a dinosaur.
