Villagers that trade weapon able to defend themselves

When the villager see a mob like zombie even if it's a blacksmith or a weapon Smith it still run and save itself it would be good if the villager that trade weapon can defend itself with a bow or something like the pillager.

  They should be able to depend their neighbours also.
