Pandas should be able to climb bamboo trees

The panda would be able to climb up a bamboo tree and grab some bamboo from the top at eat it

    The player should be able to climb bamboo stalks to escape mobs on the ground.  If a creeper explodes taking out the base of the stalk, then the player falls with the bamboo as if the player cut it.

    The player should be able to jump from stalk to stalk while off the ground.
