The JSON-Based GUI system for Minecraft: Java Edition

The Bedrock version of Minecraft has a nice feature, and that is the ability to modify the Graphical User Interface(GUI) via modifying .JSON files. In my opinion, this should be added as a feature to the Java Edition of Minecraft too. Because it allows the developers and resource pack creators to flexibly modify the user interface, which opens the doorway to a wide amount of possibilities and abilities. I think the pathing should be something like this: "/ui/.json" (And not the "assets/minecraft" folder) But you can always change your minds :D

    Java Edition needs this soo much.. I really hope this gets added eventually.. But.. Knowing Mojang & Microsoft, It's a long shot.
