Commercial usage rights has a logical hole, please update/clarify them

Commercial Usage rights at https://account.mojang.com/terms  for publication explicitly grant permission to take screenshots, but make no mention about Minecraft Skins.  This is a gap that needs to be addressed and the standard answer,  "If something is not covered by the information available through the links above, that probably means that we do not want you to do it" is really bad here.  If someone buys a skin in the official marketplace and uses that skin in a screenshot for publication does that fall under "we probably don't want you to do it?"  I really think Mojang should take the 5 minutes needed to update their intentions under commercial usage rights.
