Provide a "Default CJK Input Method" option

I’m using a third-party Chinese input method, but Minecraft always switches to the system default one when I open the chat bar.

I hope Minecraft can provide a "Default CJK Input Method" option that allows players to set the input method to be used when opening the chat bar.
