The yheti Creeper

The yheti creeper would be a cold biome creeper, it would be larger then normal, it's skin would be blue but it would have white fur that covers most of it and it would have ram like horns.

its neutral at day and hostile at night, it would throw explosive snow (no explosion just damage and knockback) and at low health it would start to explode although killing before it does will drop snow and snowy gunpowder, it would make a tnt that doesn't explode blocks but gives slowness to the player (the creepers snowballs would also give slowness)

I think biome related creepers fits the wild update and encourages exploration to find new types of tnt, maybe their could be an achievement too?
