Mad Dog

When you feed your dog rotten flesh, add a chance, maybe 0.05%, that the dog could have madness. This could be either a permanent condition or a temporary one. Villagers may run for cover, providing they are nearby. The dog may continue to attack while you have one half heart left. Having your game set to easy mode will prevent this from happening.
