Non-European special bees and honey

I think Australian (or other) bees should be added, and that type of bee should be(e) able to (on a small chance like 10.36%) make the special type of honey that diabetics can eat (they also taste like citrus). The honey should be able to give a bit more hunger (perhaps a second or two of nausea because of the citrus flavour) and also maybe 1 - 1.5 hearts because that (as I said before) diabetics can eat it. The bees should also spawn in the savannah.
