    I believe there must be some unique tribute to this creature. Just a horse with a horn is not interesting, perhaps in addition it is worth giving it more distinctive features, as a separate biological species, perhaps a long tail, unlike a horse.

    Some traditional depictions of unicorns were more goat-like than horse-like. Maybe it could be a special type of goat which is slightly larger and with a single horn?

    If the developers are adding endangered animals, then it might be worth adding some extinct ones. For example, elasmotherium - he had hooves, wool and a horn in the middle of his forehead. They existed at the same time as man, and probably served as the prototype of the unicorn. The addition of albinos of this species will be especially interesting.
