Add an option to change GPU/Video Adapter

As someone who has a CPU with a very under powered GPU built in, I also have a GTX 1650 and yet Minecraft uses the garbage CPU GPU instead of GPU then Windows doesn't let me use the GTX Either. Other games use it and will let me change between the two. If Minecraft would add this feature people with laptops and processors with GPUs built in (like me) would be very happy
