Realms Pricing/Player limit Parity

On Bedrock edition, if I wanna make a realm for just me and my brother, I can buy the cheap 2 person realm, which is great. Both me and my brother have switched to Java though, and the options for buying realms is either monthly $8 or own it for a set period of time....no cheaper 2 player $4 monthly exists for Java, can this be a thing?
