Blinking and skin editor attachments for custom skins!

Let us bedrock edition players align the eyes for custom skins so they can blink like Steve and Alex! Also let us put attachments on our custom skins! It would be awesome to see my custom skin with a backpack or a robot arm! P.S. sorry for market place topic, there's no skin related one. P.P.S. you should make a skins topic for suggestions too
